Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of and incorporated into the Haxo Games Inc. Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Plans
Haxo Games Inc. offers three subscription plans:
a) Quarterly Plan: Billed every three months
b) Yearly Plan: Billed annually
c) Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment for lifetime access
2. General Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees except as described in this policy.
3. Payment Errors
If you believe you have been erroneously charged, you must notify us at [email protected] within one (1) week of the charge. We will promptly review all such requests and process refunds for verified errors.
4. Service Unavailability
If our service is unavailable for a significant period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our fault, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or credit for the affected period.
5. No Refunds for Partial Use
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods of service, or for periods where your account remains active but you do not use our service.
6. Lifetime Plan
Given the nature of the Lifetime plan as a long-term commitment, no refunds will be provided for this plan except in cases of payment error as described in section 3.
7. Refund Method
Any refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
8. Plan Changes
If you wish to change your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for mid-cycle plan changes.
9. Cancellation
For Quarterly and Yearly plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the current billing period.
The Lifetime plan cannot be cancelled once purchased, as it is a one-time payment for a fixed term of service.
10. Promotional Offers and Trials
If a refund is issued for any charge associated with a promotional offer or trial, we reserve the right to terminate your access to any services acquired with the promotion or trial.
11. Exceptions
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do so, this action is taken as a goodwill gesture and does not entitle you to any future refunds or credits for similar instances.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make changes to this policy, we will post the revised policy on our website and update the "Last Updated" date above.
